Grown by St Martins Vineyards, along the Cocagne River, NB, Crimson Pearl captures the essence of a remarkable growing season. A warm, sun-drenched summer produced exceptionally ripe and vibrant fruit, hand-harvested at its peak.
The juice profile for the 2024 vintage aligned more closely with that of a sparkling wine therefore the decision was made to use the Ancestral Method to best reflect characteristics of the grapes. Bottled, unfined and unfiltered, resulting in a lively bubble!
