We are thrilled to introduce Nethercoat Estates, New Brunswick’s newest boutique and family-owned winery.

Tucked into the rich coastal soil of Little Shemogue, along the warm shores of the Northumberland Strait coastal wine region, we’re here to bring something fresh to the glass—lighter, brighter wines that reflect the spirit, terroir, and unique microclimate of this exceptional place.

Our first release leads the way: Giggling Fox, a playful sparkling Pét-Nat that’s as lively as its name. Joyfully effervescent, refreshingly crisp, and just a little wild, it captures the instinct and vision of winemaker Scott Savoy and founder Christopher Nethercoat.

We’re bottling small-batch excitement with big plans ahead—think tasting room, retail space, and more by summer 2026.
